Water-resistant agent LKN6231

This product is a reactive hydroxylated zirconium-based water-resistant agent, which can significantly enhance the dry and wet tensile strength and printability of coated paper.

Basic physical properties:

◆ Appearance: colorless, transparent to slightly turbid liquid

◆ Solid content: 31±2%

◆ Viscosity: ≤100 mPa·s (at 25℃)

◆ pH value: 7-10

◆ Ionicity: Anion

◆ Water solubility: easily soluble in water

Product features:

◆ It can significantly enhance the dry and wet tensile strength of coated paper.

◆ Improve the ink absorption and printing adaptability of the coating.

◆ Fast aging speed, with aging performed immediately after the machine.

◆ It has little effect on the viscosity of the paint.

◆ Low dosage.

◆ Low odor.

Usage:

◆ The addition amount is 0.1-0.3% of the absolute dry weight of the pigment.

◆ Add it in the final process of coating preparation.

Storage and packaging:

◆ Plastic drum packaging: net weight 250kg/drum, 1250kg/drum.

◆ Store in a cool, dry place, avoiding direct sunlight, with a storage temperature range of 5-35℃.

◆ The shelf life is 3 months.
