Electrostatic flocking adhesive LKJ 8118

LKJ 8118 electrostatic flocking adhesive is a water-soluble, environmentally friendly adhesive refined through special polymerization processes and compounding techniques. This product exhibits excellent water resistance and dry cleaning resistance.

Basic physical properties:

◆ Appearance: milky white viscous liquid with blue tint

◆ Solid content: 35±1%

◆ Viscosity: 500-1000 mPa·s at 25℃

◆ pH value: 3.5-5.0

◆ Ionicity: Anion

Product features:

◆ After curing, the adhesive film is tough, soft to the touch, and possesses water resistance, wear resistance, light and heat resistance, aging resistance, solvent resistance, and other characteristics.

Usage:

◆ It is suitable for processes such as roller coating and also for manual scraping. Before use, it must be stirred evenly. Do not mix it with other flocking adhesives. Containers holding flocking adhesive must be tightly sealed to prevent the surface of the adhesive from drying out and being contaminated. When applying adhesive to the screen, you can use ammonia water directly for thickening, or mix ammonia water with a thickener for thickening.

Storage and packaging:

◆ Plastic drum packaging: net weight 200kg/drum, 1000kg/drum.

◆ Store in a cool, dry place, avoid direct sunlight, and store at a temperature of 5-35℃.

◆ The shelf life is 6 months.
