Acrylic resin dispersion LKJ6545

This product is a modified acrylic resin dispersion liquid, used for waterproof and oil-proof coating on paper, replacing PE lamination. It is plastic-free, fluorine-free, and APEO-free, with excellent waterproof and oil-resistant properties, meeting the requirements for heat sealing and adhesive bonding. It is recyclable, repulpable, and complies with food contact requirements.

Basic physical properties:

◆Appearance: milky white translucent viscous liquid

◆ Solid content: 45±1%

◆ Viscosity: ≤1000 mPa·s (with 3# rotor, 60 rpm, at 25℃)

◆ pH value: 8.0±1.0

◆ Ionicity: Anion

◆ Water solubility: easily dispersible in water

Product features:

Recommended coating amount:

◆ The coating amount for heat sealing on the adhesive surface is 5-8g/m2, and the coating amount for heat sealing between the adhesive and the paper surface is 8-12g/m2.

Storage and packaging:

◆ Plastic drum packaging: net weight 200kg/drum, 1000kg/drum.

◆ Store in a cool, dry place, avoiding direct sunlight, with a storage temperature of 5-35℃.

◆ The shelf life is 3 months.
