Nonwoven adhesive LKJ 8251

LKJ8251 nonwoven adhesive is a self-crosslinking polyacrylate lotion prepared from various functional monomers. It is used in the nonwoven industry for the manufacture of nonwoven fabrics, lining nonwoven fabrics, hygienic nonwoven fabrics, etc. It is a special adhesive for spray-bonded wadding, cotton batts, and various knitted carpets, and can also be used in the production of insulation cloth.

Basic physical properties:

◆ Appearance: milky white liquid with blue light

◆ Solid content: 45±2%

◆ Viscosity: ≤500mpa.s (25℃)

◆ pH value: 5-8

◆ Ionicity: Anion

◆ Water solubility: easily dispersible in water

Product Features:

◆ Good stiffness, easy to foam, resistant to yellowing, good water resistance, good mechanical stability, and high cost performance.

Usage:

◆ It is suitable for processes such as dip coating, knife coating, roller coating, and spraying.

Storage and packaging:

◆ Plastic drum packaging: net weight 200kg/drum, 1000kg/drum.

◆ Store in a cool, dry place, avoiding direct sunlight, with a storage temperature range of 5~35℃.

◆ The shelf life is 6 months
