Coating lubricant LKR6311

This product is an oxidized polyethylene wax-based lotion lubricant, which can improve the rheological properties of the coating, thereby reducing blade wear and extending the service life of the blade; it significantly reduces the friction coefficient of the coating, thereby enhancing the dust resistance of the paper.

Basic physical properties:

◆ Appearance: milky white, translucent, viscous liquid dispersion

◆ Solid content: 25±1%

◆ Viscosity: ≤150 mPa·s (at 25℃)

◆ pH value: 7-10

◆ Ionicity: Anion

◆ Water solubility: easily dispersible in water

Product features:

◆ It exhibits excellent lubricating effects when used at temperatures ranging from 30 to 150℃.

◆ Good mechanical stability, suitable for high-speed coating paper machines.

◆ It can improve the smoothness and glossiness of paper to some extent.

◆ Extend the service life of the coating blade.

Usage:

◆ The addition amount is 0.3-0.6% of the absolutely dry weight of the pigment.

◆ It is recommended to add it after the coating water-resistant agent, and stir at low speed for 5-10 minutes.

Storage and packaging:

◆ Plastic drum packaging: net weight 200kg/drum, 1000kg/drum.

◆ Store in a cool and dry place, avoiding direct sunlight, with a storage temperature range of 5-35℃.

◆ The shelf life is 6 months.
