Coating thickening and water retention agent LKZ6421

This product is an acrylic polymer specifically developed for use in the coating system of high-speed coating paper machines. It exhibits excellent water retention and thickening properties, enabling effective adjustment of paper coating production and improvement of paper quality. 

Basic physical properties:

◆ Appearance: Milky white liquid

◆ Solid content: 30.0±2.0%

◆ Viscosity: ≤350 mPa·s (at 25℃)

◆ pH value: 2.0-5.0

◆ Ionicity: Anion

◆ It has a strong thickening effect, requiring a very low dosage to achieve the desired viscosity, which can significantly save costs.

◆ This product is easy to disperse in the coating system, improving the quality of the coating and enhancing printability.

Usage:

◆ When used in alkaline coating systems, proper stirring should be ensured during addition.

◆ General dosage: 0.1%-0.4%.

Storage and packaging:

◆ Plastic drum packaging: net weight 200kg/drum, 1000kg/drum.

◆ Store in a cool, dry place, avoiding direct sunlight, with a storage temperature range of 5-35℃.

◆ The shelf life is 6 months.

Notes:

◆ It is recommended to use a screw pump or a metering pump for delivery.

◆ When storing or pumping, ensure the equipment is kept clean.

◆ There are significant differences in the dosage requirements for different coating formulations, and it is recommended that the laboratory conduct an assessment first.
